How are orders delivered?
We currently use Royal Mail and Parcel Force to deliver your orders.
How long will delivery take?
Your order will normally be dispatched within 1 – 3 working days; however, this time may increase during busy periods. Orders received after 4pm will normally be processed the following working day. You will receive an email confirming the status of your order.
A next day delivery service is available. Customers must select this when placing the order and pay the appropriate charge.
What are your delivery charges or options?
The standard delivery charge is £4.95 and is available on orders with a total weight of no more than 20kgs, and not including any restricted items. Restricted items have to be transported by courier on our next day service, e.g. paints. The next day delivery charge is £9.95. You will only pay one delivery charge per order. The total postage and packaging charge will be confirmed prior to payment for goods being made.
Where do you deliver to?
We can deliver items to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Lowlands and Islands using Standard Delivery. We regret however, we can not deliver to UK PO Box addresses or British Force Post Office addresses. We are also unable to deliver to the Channel Islands.
Can I send my order to a different name or address?
To reduce the risk of fraud we require that your first order is delivered to the registered address of the card holder. Once the initial order has been delivered, subsequent orders may be delivered to any UK mainland or Northern Ireland address.
How do I track my package once it has been dispatched?
If require any information on the status of your order please contact us by email or telephone on 01362 696943, between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
What if I want to change my delivery address?
Once you have placed an order then you cannot change the address details or the delivery option selected.
What happens if I am out when you deliver?
Deliveries will usually be made on Monday to Friday (Standard Delivery) excluding bank holidays. If you, or the intended recipient, is not in when the delivery attempt is made, the postman will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to collect your order at your local post office.
I have not yet received my order, what should I do?
We aim to please and ensure that when you shop with Bead This Craft That, most products are available in the warehouse and delivered within 5 to 7 days (but please allow up to 10 days). However, if your order has not arrived within 14 days please call our team on 01362 696943 , our office hours are Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm, or contact us by email and quote your order reference number and our customer services team will let you know as soon as possible what is happening with your order.
Very occasionally, a popular item shown as in stock may be unavailable when we process your order. If this happens we will let you know as soon as we do.
Damaged goods
If, when your goods arrive they are faulty or damaged, please email us within seven days of receipt of your order. We will contact you with a returns number and request you to return the goods to us by first class post. We will refund the reasonable cost of your postage once we have received the goods. Please do not return items without contacting us for a returns number. Please confirm if you wish to receive the missing items, an exchange or a refund.
Refunds will be paid into the paypal account in which the order was made from. Refunds will be made to your account within 10 working days.
Delivery charges - UK Mainland
All orders under the value of £40 excluding P&P will be charged at the standard rates.
Orders in excess of £40 excluding P&P will be delivered free of charge.
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail depending on the size and value of your order.
We have to allow 14 days to pursue Royal Mail if a parcel is undelivered.
Europe & The Rest of The World
All deliveries to Europe & the Rest of the World will be charged at the Post Office current rate + £1.00 for Picking and packing. Deliveries take approximately 4 working days to arrive once your order has been dispatched.
